I work with:
- Trauma
- Anxiety disorders
- Low self-esteem
- Life crises

One important idea in Gestalt therapy is that many experiences in our lives can remain unfinished. They may be unspoken words, emotions that were never fully felt, interrupted relationships, or events we could not process at the time. In Gestalt therapy these are called unfinished gestalts, and they often continue to affect us by pulling us back into familiar emotional states, repeating relationship patterns, and inner tension. In the therapeutic process, I aim to stay alongside the client and follow their lived experience, where emotions, questions, and awareness begin to emerge. Through that work, old experiences can gradually unfold and a more free, authentic, and alive way of living becomes possible.
